Welcome to my recipe page!

I've spent a lot of time collecting recipes over the past decade.  I love to cook, especially meals that are nutritious and satisfying.  My friends have often commented on how remarkable it is that I can make dishes that are healthy and still taste good.  Healthy food does not have to taste like you're eating bark. It also does not need to be complex.  To the contrary, most of the healthy dishes I make have simple ingredients that are straight from the earth, with little or no processing.  Like most people, I need recipes that are quick and easy.  It only takes a little bit of planning and thought to prepare a simple home cooked meal. 

I've also included my Meal Planner.  One of the most important aspects of eating healthy is planning your meals for the week.  My husband and I started doing this when my son was born to help with our busy schedules.  The result was remarkable.  We not only had healty dinners every night, we also saved a lot of money.  We ended up buying only exactly what we needed for the week and no more.  Every Sunday evening we pull recipes from our repertoire of favorites and sometimes try a new one.  Below are some of my favorites that I think you will enjoy.  They're a mix of breakfasts, snacks, lunches and dinners.
